3M Novec 低表面能薄膜料 EGC-1700

3M Novec 1700 電子級塗料專為保護印刷電路板及電子元件而設計,防潮  避免濕氣 抗沾黏 抗腐蝕。

係以氫氟醚 (hydrofluoroether) 溶劑為載體,內含2 wt% 的氟化物丙烯酸 (fluorochemical acrylic polymer) 聚合物組成之透明、低黏度及低表面張力溶液。

乾燥後形成透明、具有極佳疏水與疏油性質的保護薄膜,可免於油、水、矽膠及光阻的侵蝕。

操作簡單 浸泡 刷塗 噴塗 或 針筒局部塗佈 皆可,數秒即可風乾,幾乎不需要特別遮蔽遮罩,即可移動除及修復,常溫之下快速乾燥,不需要烘烤

提供合身且超薄,肉眼看不見的輕薄塗佈,良好的潑水特性,可以抵抗多數的液體,如:潤滑油、矽油、光阻劑等半導體製程,常用的液體環境。

EGC-1700電子級塗佈液,提供印刷電路版方便及快速的保護層,能有效的隔離潮濕及腐蝕性的化學環境,對於敏感的電子零件,達到最好的保護。可適用於硬碟業、微機電系統 、LCD和印刷電路版產業,達到防潮、抗沾黏和抗腐蝕的特性。

EGC-1700 可用于印刷線路板的保護塗層,使用後表面留有一層非常薄 的透明膜,起到極佳的防潮,防粘效果,做為印刷電路版的保護層,隔離潮濕及腐蝕性的化學環境,保護敏感的電子零件。

3M Novec 低表面能薄膜塗料 EGC-1720

3M Novec 1720 電子級塗料,容易清潔及抗污的特性適用於各種表面,如平面顯示器或可攜帶式電子產品的玻璃表面。本產品係以氫氟醚溶劑為載體,內含0.1 wt% 的氟化矽烷 (fluorosilane polymer) 聚合物組成之透明、低黏度及低表面張力溶液。乾燥後形成透明、具有極佳疏水與疏油性質的永久保護薄膜,可與玻璃及氧化金屬層、鋼、鋁、複合材料及其他多種表面形成共價鍵結。操作簡單,數秒內快速風乾後,再加熱固化以達到最佳的保護效果。

Novec EGC-1720隱形抗污膜,能有效的附著在玻璃表面,可適用於各種電子產品,如 : 觸控面板,抗反射塗佈(AR)面板、光學薄膜、各種電子零件、半導體元件或手機零件。 雖然厚度只有 50-100埃(A),但具有極佳的抗污、抗沾黏和防潮的效果。
