3M Tape 42 - www.phi.com.tw :This anti-static high-temperature masking tape is perfect for masking gold leads and other components on boards populated with sensitive integrated circuits. It easily handles the high temperatures of wave soldering and the adhesive is water-based, so no cleaning solvents are needed. It will also handle the temperatures found in test and burn-in ovens. Its unique gold color makes is easy to identify.

3M 42 Anti-Static High-Temperature Masking Tape generates less than 50 volts on unwind and removal from a wide range of substrates. It is especially suited for wave solder, dip and drag solder machines and hand-soldering applications as it helps prevent ESD damage to sensitive electronic components in manufacturing environments. 1-mil polyimide backing, Total thickness 2.2 mils.  Application Temperature Range 40~500°F(5~260°C)

Static charge generation:
Removal from roll, 10% RH: < 20 volts
Removal from roll, 50% RH:  <5 volts
Removal from stainless steel, 10% RH:< 50 volts
Removal from stainless steel, 50% RH: < 5 volts
